- Item can be exchanged within 10 days of arrival of item (arrival date determined via Australia Post Tracking).
- Item must be in the same packaging when returned for exchange..
- Buyer must pay return shipping.
- If item is broken/damaged item does not need to be returned. Full refund will be provided within 10 days of purchase as long as there is photo proof of broken item (sent via email to kyajewellery@gmail.com).
- If you have a change of mind, item can be returned with same rules applying as exchanging the item.
